It’s been a while, but AFTERMATH has made quite some progress since my last post.
We have since implemented most of the planned features mentioned in the original post, including:
- Improved graphics, more consistent art style. Thanks to Carolin Schottenheimer for creating most of the graphics.
- Working server browser for joining matches in a LAN.
- Additional weapons and items: Health packs, invisibility cloak, shovel, parachute, jetpack, and many more.
- Supply crates used to acquire the items and weapons mentioned above.
- Advanced level generators: Swamp and Submarine.
- Physically simulated water.
Of course, the game is still far from done, but it already provides great multiplayer entertainment for up to 16 players.
